As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will work with a team of talented and results oriented individuals, and take part in the constant development and improvement of our internal productivity tools and your skills.
The position is focused on managing and implementing complex and high quality internal productivity software solutions integrated with the existing products.
As a member of the Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible to manage your role’s specific software, providing training and support to users, identify and implement new automation solutions that can improve internal processes and provide meaningful insights through reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or computer science;
Knowledge of SharePoint (preferably Online);
Knowledge of Microsoft InfoPath and SharePoint Designer;
Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI is a plus);
Microsoft Flow and Power Apps knowledge is a plus;
Web design knowledge is a plus;
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Groups, Yammer and other Office 365 Apps considered a plus;
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience preferred;
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to work independently as well as with a team;
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle conflicting demands;
Strong organizational and computer skills;
Strong time management and customer relationship skills;
Must be self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
As Business Intelligence Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Microsoft SharePoint Online management and administration;
Managing in-house SharePoint solutions;
Level 1 support for technical issues on SharePoint – first level of contact for end-users;
Developing in-house solutions using Microsoft Flow and Power Apps;
Active contribution to the product strategy by proving innovative ideas;
Functional requirements analysis for internal product initiatives;
System integration, maintenance and implementation;
Reports and dashboard set-up and development – using Power BI or other BI tools and built-in functionalities in SharePoint;
Communication with third-party services providers.
